- Determining keyword. Determine your keywords so that search engines will index the article in accordance with the keywords you want.
- Putting keywords in titles and subtitles. Titles, subtitles level 1 (H1), level 2 (H2), and level (H3) should contain keywords
- Spread the keywords in the body-text. Of course you should spread some keywords to the body-text.
- Giving emphasis on the keywords. Use a typeface such as bold, italic, and underlining to give emphasis on certain keywords.
- Putting ALT tags on images. What is an ALT tag? When you put the mouse pointer on an image in a page, some words will pop-up. The words were ALT tags . Put your keywords in the ALT tags. This is easily done on WordPress.
